Why Cameron won this month's client spotlight...
I’ve been working with Cameron since last year, he’s easily one of my most dedicated clients who manages to balance a hefty schedule & family life…
With his goals of becoming an absolute unit…
Starting work at 6AM and finishing at 4PM, Cameron makes time for his early morning sessions and meal preps on Sunday’s preparing for a jam-packed week ahead.
That’s the routine we’ve tried, tested & boy it work’s well!
I’m telling you this because I guarantee Cameron’s schedule is a lot busier than yours.
The fact he has to be up at 4AM speaks levels itself, most of you wouldn’t put the graft in to go gym that early, before a long day at work & sure, mindset plays a role!
But, there’s only so much a horse can pull & what’s really kept Cameron on track all this time, with this 100MPH routine is an emphasis on downtime & efficiency.
Anyone, with a super busy full-on routine that also tries to achieve their goals, picks up a lot of mental fatigue & stress - which is why getting in good shape is harder.
You come home from work & truthfully you’ve only got the energy to watch a Netflix series, let alone prepare a healthy meal or get to the gym. There’s too much friction.
So this is what we did for Cameron, completely eliminated the friction.
Prioritising his evening downtime to manage fatigue and ensuring his meals are prepped, convenient, and easy to grab on the go & after work.
This approach eliminated the common stress of last-minute food decisions, having to think about what to make, if you have all the ingredients, if it will even taste good…
All while thinking about going to work the next day & then trying to fit gym in too…
This is what most often derails progress, especially when energy levels are low during a fat loss phase, which Cameron has been in throughout the past few months.
Cameron deserved the spotlight as he’s shown incredible discipline by sticking to his plan…
By holding him accountable for his recovery and meal prep, I’ve ensured that he avoids burnout and stays consistent.
His progress is proof that when you remove friction - like decision fatigue around food planning & give yourself dedicated downtime - your goals are entirely possible.
If you’re looking to achieve similar results to our man Cam, I can help you too even if you think your situation is worse - I promise there’s a plan for you too…

PS - Look out for Cameron’s transformation, we’re not done yet & have a few more week’s to polish things up, but trust me, it’ll be a banger & it will be on the gram!
PPS - No, it’s not the Cameron that i’ve also helped achieve a crazy transformation that’s up on my landing page - that’s 2x separate Cameron’s! Who wants to make it 3?
